Barnhart
Douglas E. Barnhart, Inc. has begun construction
of a $1.9 million 3,800-foot passenger fixed access balcony
that will make cruise ship access for embarking and disembarking
easier. The project was contracted by the Port of San Diego
and will be completed in October. It is being constructed
on the B Street Pier along the north side of the San Diego
Cruise Ship Terminal. The designer was Lee & Sakahara
Architects of Irvine.
