Barnhart Inc awarded CM contracts at Lodi Unified School District

Barnhart, Inc. was awarded construction management contracts from Lodi Unified School District to oversee construction of two new middle schools.

Christa McAuliffe Middle School, a $10 million, 83-000-square-foot campus, will feature classrooms and administration facilities in two buildings. Completion is slated for 2004. Barnhart team members include Henry Amigable, Chris Helbock, Mike Dingler, and Kristy Weiland.

Millswood Middle School of Lodi also will measure 83,000 square feet in two buildings. The $10 million school is on track for a March 2004 completion.

Both middle schools were designed by Cordoba, Gervin and Schweitzer, with Jerry Schweitzer heading the design team.
